Newsletter for September 2000My head is in a spin these days. After waiting so long to know where I was going and what I was doing, all of a sudden things have started to move very fast. From day to day, as e-mails arrive from various sources, the plan seems to change. The present plan is that I will be leaving for South Africa around the 10th of November. In South Africa for a month or two I will be helping Gerald and Ruth Morrison at the Missions Exposure Training School. In the New Year I will be moving to Harare, Zimbabwe from where I will be facilitating the implementation of a Children's Discipleship Program in Zimbabwe and Zambia using the Seedlings material. Presently I am in Waterloo, Ontario learning as much as I can about SEEDS and Seedlings from the writer, Keith Parks and his team. The major task at hand is to write a Seedlings teachers' manual for Africa. From Waterloo I go to Texas to meet Wayne, Dyllis, and Kristy one last time before heading overseas. Mom will meet us there for our final total family good-bye. Then it is home to Edmonton for about 3 weeks to prepare to leave for South Africa. Will I see you before I leave?
