Prayer Request for June 07, 2007Greetings to one and all! Thanks so much for your prayers in regards to my recent trip to Malawi. As you are probably aware, that trip caused a little concern, as it was the same trip on which the Dream Machine did not finish well last time. This time, thanks to your prayers, the Suzuki, my passenger, and I all finished well! Thank God for His protection over body and vehicle! The time in Malawi went well also. There were over 20 in attendance at the Seedlings Teacher Training Workshop, representing nearly 400 new students studying Seedlings in 10 new schools. Please pray that the lives of the children will be positively impacted for Christ. We were able to visit some of the schools and in many situations I was tremendously impressed with what school leadership was doing with very few resources. Now it is time to ask you to pray once again. This afternoon I and Chris Lupiya, a Zambian who has been helping with the Seedlings Teacher Training Workshops fly...yes fly (how nice!)...off to South Africa. We will be facilitating a Seedlings Teacher Training Workshop there. I really don't know how many will be attending, representing how many students in how many schools. When the Golbecks give me population statistics of the area around Pretoria it is totally mind-boggling. So please pray that the workshop will go well, that teachers will be enthused and there will be open doors in the schools of South Africa to reach thousands of children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
