Update for November 19, 2001November 14, 2001 was the date of the Preschool Graduation at the Lilongwe Pentecostal Christian School. What a happy occassion where students presented a great program for their parents, showing some of what they had been learning at school. Caps, gowns, diplomas, and food all were the order of the day and fun was had by all! Of course, it wasn't without challenge. The cake that was ordered wasn't as big as expected so I had to go hunting for more cake and was late getting to the graduation. On my arrival back at the school I was informed there was no water on the campus. Thanks to Elsie Bowler, who went to get water so we could have tea and cold drinks with the cake!
